Beste Allen,

Erboven is VLL1 geldig. Gecontroleerd luchtruim Oostende.

We are certified drone operators (ROC 52/2017) and we can fly above 150ft. Here in Leeuwarden you have no restrictions.
Naast de kwestie, dit.

Anyway,

Conditions

ConditionRemarksAttachment
All fixed-wing UAS operations are prohibited, except with the express permission of the competent air traffic control unit.-
UAS operations in the ‘open’ category must not be conducted at a height above one hundred and fifty feet AGL, and in no case at a height exceeding that of the highest obstacle within a radius of one hundred metres unless explicitly permitted by the competent air traffic control unit.-
A prior flight authorisation must have been issued by SPACC, and shall be applied for at least 8 working days prior to the flight. -
The flight must be confirmed at least 3 hours prior to the start of the flight. -
A flight authorisation must be applied for and obtained from the ATS unit concerned at least 30 minutes prior to the flight.Via tel-
The start and the end of each flight must be reported in such a way as prescribed by the zone manager. -
Using a direct remote identification system is mandatory, but for UAS operations performed in the "open" category with a UAS with a maximum take-off mass of less than 900g or in the "specific" category, it will be mandatory only as from 2/12/21, except if the usage of a direct remote identification system is required in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/947.-
Using a geo-awareness system is mandatory, but for UAS operations performed in the "open" category with a UAS with a maximum take-off mass of less than 900g or in the "specific" category, it will be mandatory only as from 2/12/21, except if the usage of a geo-awareness system is required in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/947.-
For all UAS operations in the ‘specific’ category, a geo-caging system must be in place.-
The pilot must be available at all times during the flight on a mobile phone registered in advance with the zone manager.-
For all UAS operations in the ‘specific’ category, the pilot must be accompanied by an observer in charge of the use of a mobile phone registered in advance with the zone manager by means of which two-way communication with the air traffic control unit concerned can be established at all times.-
A flight may be cancelled at any time for safety or security reasons by the ATS unit concerned.Via DSA tool or Tel-

Duidelijk dus:

* geen open maar specific
* 8 dagen op voorhand aanvragen
* 3u op voorhand je vlucht bevestigen

Finally, VLL2 is the most accessible area of skeyes geozones. You can request access to VLL2 via the DSA tool up to 3 hours before your operation, regardless of the category you fly in.
  • In the Open category, you can fly anywhere in VLL2 up to 150 ft AGL.
  • In the Specific category, you are allowed to fly in VLL2 up to 400 ft AGL or 400ft AAE, whichever is the lowest. No worries, the DSA tool will show you what your maximum flight height may be to stay in this zone.

Using a direct remote identification system is mandatory, but for UAS operations performed in the "open" category with a UAS with a maximum take-off mass of less than 900g or in the "specific" category, it will be mandatory only as from 2/12/21, except if the usage of a direct remote identification system is required in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/947.

"Using a direct remote identification system is mandatory, but for UAS operations performed in the "open" category with a UAS with a maximum take-off mass of less than 900g or in the "specific" category, it will be mandatory only as from 1/7/2022"
